June 10, Organized at Columbus, Ohio (Camp Chase) for three months’ service under Colonel Henry B. Banning.
June 12 Left State for Baltimore, Md. and duty in the defenses of that city. Attached to Railroad Brigade, 8th Army Corps, Middle Department.
July 28 Ordered to Harper’s Ferry and attached to Miles’ Command for garrison duty in the Defenses of Bolivar Heights.
September 4-5 Skirmishes at Berlin and Point of Rocks, Md. (Detachment)
September 12-15 Defense of Harper’s Ferry
September 15 Surrender of Harper’s Ferry
September 16 Paroled and sent to Annapolis, Md.
September 20 Mustered out at Camp Chase, Columbus, Ohio
