September | Assigned to Artillery Battalion, D.H. Hill’s Division, Jackson’s Comand, Army of Northern Virginia. |

October 8 | Disbanded and personnel assigned to Companies A & D, 1st North Carolina Artillery Regiment. Two reorganizations of Company H were done later in the war. |
