May-June Assigned to the Cabell’s Artillery Battalion, Magruder’s Division, Army of Northern Virginia.
June Assigned to the Toombs’s Brigade, Magruder’s Division, Army of Northern Virginia.
June 24 Equipped with one 10 pounder Parrott Rifle and three 6 pounder Smoothbores.
July-October Assigned to the Brown’s Regiment, Reserve Artillery, Army of Northern Virginia.
October 4 Disbanded by Special Order 209, Headquarters of the Army of Northern Virginia and the personnel distributed to other batteries.
