The 152nd Indiana Infantry Regiment lost 49 men to disease and 22 men to desertion during the Civil War.

March 18 Left State for Harper’s Ferry, W. Va.
March-August Duty at Charleston, Stevenson’s Station, Summit Point and Clarksburg, W. Va. assigned to the First Brigade, Second Provisional Division, Army of the Shenandoah.
August 30 Mustered out
