June 18 Nine companies of the 52nd New York National Guard were ordered to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania under Colonel Matthias Cole
June 21 Mustered in for 30 days’ United States service
June-July Served in the 3rd Brigde, 1st Division, Department of the Susquehanna.
One man was killed by lightning.
June 28

Skirimish at Oyster Point, Pennsylvania

July 25 Mustered out at Brooklyn.
