April 18 Mustered in 1,031 men at Indianapolis, Indiana.
April 26 Left State for Washington, D.C. and assigned to Provisional Brigade, 3rd Division, 9th Army Corps.
May 3 Moved to Dover, Del. Duty in Delaware and Maryland by Detachments
August 4 Mustered out
